Airless Spray Painting

An airless sprayer works by pumping paint at a very high pressure, up to 3,000 psi, through a hose and Airless spray is a painting technique which simplifies the process of painting.

This is achieved by using an airless sprayer that pumps the paint under very high pressure, around 3000 psi, via a specialized hose into a small hole in the nozzle of the sprayer.

Airless spraying is often preferred because the end result is a smooth and even finish, which can withstand wear and tear as well as harmful corrosion effects.
